The RVB528 is Ronco's answer for the builder working alone. Per the maker sheet it is a 55 gallon light-duty fresh water molding that ships at just 46 pounds - light enough for one person to carry into a garage build, trial-fit under a platform bed, pull out, and re-position until the layout is right. Van conversions and truck campers are one-person projects more often than not, and a tank you can handle solo changes how the whole install goes.
Fifty-five gallons is real capacity for that class of rig: days of drinking, cooking, and washing water for one or two people. The molding is translucent natural polyethylene, FDA compliant for potable use, from the Tustin, California plant where Ronco has molded B-series tanks since 1974. The see-through wall is particularly handy in a van, where the tank usually hides under furniture and a mechanical level sender is one more thing to wire.
Note the loaded weight while you plan: at 8.34 pounds per gallon, full is a different animal than the empty tank you carried in.
