This is Norwesco's 16" non-vented hinged threaded tank manway, supplied with the mounting ring included. It's a hinged, ventless lid design: the ring installs on the tank opening, and the threaded lid swings on its hinge so you can open and close the manway without fully removing the cover and setting it aside. Because it's non-vented, there's no breather built into the lid — choose this style when your setup handles venting elsewhere or a sealed-style access cover is what your application calls for.
