The 88H is that kind of tank: the lone 43-gallon shell in Ronco's holding library, sitting between the four-shape benches at 42 and 40 gallons. When it is the right tank, nothing else is.
The numbers: 31 lb of seamless rotomolded polyethylene empty, roughly 359 lb of gray or black water full. The outline is on the drawing below - print it, match it against your bay or the failed tank on your garage floor, and mark your drain, vent, and inlet locations while you are at it. Ronco installs every fitting per order, spin-welded or threaded to your marks, at the Tustin, California plant it has run since 1974.
If 43 gallons is close but the outline is wrong, drop to the 42s - the side-dump 61H at 45 x 24.5 x 12 inches, the 21H, or the 74H - or rise to the 44-gallon 96H. Everything is indexed at RV holding tanks. Waste service only; potable water gets FDA-compliant resin on the fresh side of the catalog.
