That spread is the number that matters: a 1600-gallon batch of a 1.6 SG fertilizer or a concentrated acid weighs far more than the same volume of water, and the cone, the stand, and your foundation all have to carry it. The mistake to avoid

The 1.9 rating sets the heaviest fluid the wall and cone are built to carry, not a compatibility guarantee — a chemical can be chemically aggressive even when it is light. Confirm both the specific gravity of your fluid and its resin compatibility, and resolve the HDLPE-versus-XLPE question before you fill.
