This is a Norwesco 1600 Gallon Light Blue Heavy Duty Cone Bottom Tank. The sheet gives the shell as 88 by 88 inches on plan and 84 inches tall, with the diameter cell reading 88 inches, which is seven feet four across and seven feet from the base to the rim. Empty weight reads 560 lb and the ship weight cell repeats that same 560 lb. The colour cell reads Light Blue and the material cell reads Polyethylene. Both readings are printed here exactly as the sheet has them; nothing on this page works out what stands behind the two figures, because that is not something the sheet says and it is not something we are prepared to invent. Draw point
A 2 inch PP female NPT bulkhead fitting. Polypropylene body, female thread, through the wall. On a cone bottom the draw point is the whole reason for the shape, so plan the valve and the receiving vessel to the fitting rather than the other way round, and give the first joint its own support within a foot of the shell so the bulkhead carries liquid and not steel.
Top opening
A 16 inch threaded vented manway. The inlet cell is a dash, so this opening is the only way in that the sheet describes and filling happens through it.

The limitation to be straight about is that one bulkhead is the entire published plumbing arrangement: no second boss, no gauge port, no vent line connection and no dedicated fill. Anything beyond that single draw point is an addition you plan for yourself.

The site question for a cone is what holds it up

A cone bottom has no floor to stand on, so the first site decision is not the pad but the structure, and this record does not publish one. No stand, cradle, ring or frame appears in its cells, and there is no load figure, leg count, height or anchor detail anywhere on the sheet to quote you. We will not make one up. What the sheet does give you to work with is the load the support will see, 13344 lb of water plus 560 lb of tank over an 88 inch circle, and the shape it has to accept. Whatever ends up underneath it, the ground under that still has to be flat, level and continuous, because a cone that sits off plumb drains toward one side of the discharge rather than through it, and the residue you were trying to avoid comes straight back. For clearance, plan on the 84 inches of shell plus the height of the support plus standing room at the 16 inch manway, and leave real space beneath the outlet for a valve, a union and whatever is catching what comes out. Batches that have to come out clean

The argument for a sloping floor is always the same and it is a good one: a flat bottomed tank keeps a heel, and everything that settles or separates ends up sitting in it. A cone puts the entire floor on a slope and gathers it at one point, so the tank drains itself, rinses with less water and gives you back the time somebody would otherwise spend inside it with a hose. That is why cone bottoms end up in mixing and batching duty, in operations that change contents between runs, and wherever the material carries solids that would otherwise build up. At 1600 gallons on a seven foot four circle this record is well into the size where hand-cleaning a flat floor stops being realistic and the geometry starts paying for itself. Three origins spread east, west and mountain usually means a shorter lane than a single-origin item, which matters on a shell that prices on its cube rather than on its 560 lb.
