A 25 gallon water tank is the workhorse size of the marine catalog, which is precisely why Ronco molds it in more than one shape. The B224 is the 25 gallon answer for one family of hull spaces; if it clears your compartment, you get a supply that covers a crew's real needs - cooking, washing, the odd deck rinse - for about 208 lb of water when full at 8.34 lb per gallon.
What separates this from a commodity tank is what happens between order and delivery. Nothing is pre-placed, so nothing is misplaced.
It ships at 83 lb. Installed, follow the rules that make tanks boring for decades: bear the bottom flat, strap to structure, keep fittings reachable. Ronco has been rotomolding to this recipe since 1974, and boring-for-decades is the compliment its tanks earn most.

Fittings
This tank has a molded shape (see the drawing), so it is sold as a blank tank with no fittings installed. Add the Ronco 3-inch uniseal (F3UNISEAL), a loose pipe-to-tank seal you install yourself, if you need a sealed pipe connection.
Technical drawing: download the Ronco Plastics B224 dimensional drawing - print it to plan your install. Sold blank, with no fittings installed.
