Snyder part number 5390100N95401 is a 2 inch Flexmaster flange connector assembly moulded in high density linear polyethylene. Flexmaster is Snyder's name for the part. The assembly is 21 inches long, 19 inches wide and 6 inches tall, weighs 2 lb, and ships by UPS in a 20 by 20 by 20 inch carton. - The resin. This version is high density linear polyethylene, the usual choice for tanks moulded in the same resin and for water, most fertilizers and many common chemicals. Snyder also makes this assembly in crosslinked polyethylene under its own part number. If your tank is crosslinked, or the liquid is aggressive, tell us and we will confirm which one to use.
- The size. 2 inch. Size your valve, pipe and hose to it, not the other way round.
- The ratings. No pressure, temperature or bolt figures are listed with this part number. If your design depends on one, ask us and we will get the answer from Snyder in writing before you order.

Installing it
This is an assembly, so open the carton on a bench, lay the pieces out and match them to the drawing before anything goes near the tank. Dry-fit first, and only tighten once everything is in line. Tighten bolts evenly in a cross pattern and in stages so the gasket seats flat; over-tightening one side is the usual cause of a weep. Support the pipe or hose on its own close to the connection, so the tank wall carries liquid and not the weight of a valve. Fill the tank with water and check the joint before any chemical goes in.
