The 90-2219 relocation kit is the holding-tank counterpart to Todd's water relocation hardware: an access plate plus threaded plugs for re-siting a gray or black water tank whose new position leaves old ports unused. Waste plumbing is unforgiving of half-sealed fittings, so the kit exists to close every abandoned port properly and give you clean access for service.
It works because Todd molds its water and holding tanks as one shell with four female NPT ports - two 1-1/2 inch and two 1/2 inch - all shipped plugged. The kit lets the same tank body take on a new port layout in a new location: dump where the new run needs it, vent where the new chase goes, plugs everywhere else.
