The 55H buys its 39 gallons with floor area instead of depth: 49 inches long, 24 wide, 10 tall. That low-slung geometry keeps a full waste load - roughly 325 lb of gray or black water - riding close to the chassis, and fits coaches where the underfloor cavity is broad but shallow.
As a shell it is remarkably light, 29 lb of seamless rotomolded polyethylene, so maneuvering it into position under a jacked coach is a one-person job. Molded blank, no factory holes: print the drawing below, mark your drain, vent, and inlet locations, and Ronco spin-welds or threads the fittings per order before shipping - the custom-fit routine the Tustin, California shop has run since 1974.
