The RV20W keeps its 19 gallons of fresh water below the 8.12-inch line. Stretched to 38 x 15.5 inches, it is the tank you lay flat under a bed platform or between floor joists, where every inch of height comes straight out of living space. On Ronco's sheet it reads "20W L.D. (19 GAL) 38X15 1/2X8 1/8" - light-duty, the maker's potable designation.
That designation means FDA-compliant natural polyethylene with a translucent wall: your water level is visible with a flashlight, no sender required. Full weight is about 158 lb spread across nearly a 38 x 15.5 inch base - a friendly, low-pressure load that ordinary floor decking handles well.
The other 19-gallon geometries are the RV27W, a 32 x 12 x 12 inch square-section chase tank, and the RV73W, the third 19-gallon L.D. molding. A near neighbor worth a look is the RV72W with 20 gallons at 35 x 19 x 7.75 inches. The whole line is in the RV water tanks category.
