Getting it to your site, honestly
A 9,000 gallon low-profile tank is an oversize load by width: 141 inches on the trailer, which is why the freight class reads 300 or OVS. The height helps; at 146 inches it rides under more bridges than a tall tank. It still travels on a flatbed, the driver does not unload it, and you need a crane with soft slings or a lift with long forks and a spreader.

Set the tank on the finished pad with the 22 inch manway reachable from a short platform; at 146 inches a step ladder does it. Leave the threaded vented manway as the vent unless you add a dedicated one, and never seal it under a pump suction.
