The Enduraplas 1600 Gallon White Cone Bottom Tank (MPN THC01600W) is a vertical cone-bottom polyethylene mixing and process tank mounted on an integrated steel support stand, engineered for complete-drain applications in chemical batching, food processing, and slurry handling.
Design

Installation
The integrated steel stand sets directly on a level concrete pad with anchor-bolt mounting through the stand foot-plates. Confirm the pad bearing capacity meets the filled-tank load: at 1600 gallons of water service, the filled assembly weighs approximately 13,344 lb (multiply by chemical SG for chemical service). Install a bottom-outlet shutoff valve before commissioning batch service. Plumb the drain to a containment sump or process catch.
