Also on the chart: acetic acid, aluminum sulfate, calcium chloride, ferric sulfate, ferrous sulfate, magnesium chloride, polyaluminum chloride, potassium carbonate, propylene glycol, sodium bisulfate, sodium bisulfite, sodium carbonate, sodium thiosulfate, zinc orthophosphate, and ozonated water (up to 10 PPM).
The mistake to avoid is matching the fitting and gasket to the chemical. As an at-a-glance rule from the chart: EPDM is the default gasket, but hydrochloric, sulfuric, phosphoric, hydrofluoric, hypochlorite, and hydrogen peroxide require Viton, and peracetic acid requires Aflas. For fitting bodies, sulfuric acid at 98% needs CPVC, not PVC, while DEF and peracetic acid call for 316SS. The tank ships with a 3-inch PP outlet, which suits most services, but for strong oxidizers and acids you may need to swap it to PVC, CPVC, or 316SS per the compatibility row.
