Think of the RV55W as a week of water. Sixty-five gallons covers a full-timer couple's drinking, cooking, and washing for days of dry camping, and that capacity bracket - above the common 55s and 60s, below the true monsters - is where this 80 lb light-duty molding lives. Its geometry is documented on the drawing below.
Materials are Ronco Plastics' potable standard: FDA-compliant natural polyethylene, translucent through the wall so the water line is always visible, rotomolded as one seamless piece. The full-tank number to respect is about 542 lb, which decides where in the coach this tank can live and how it gets strapped.
Compare the 65-gallon RV40W and the 64-gallon RV62W before you commit; the rest are under RV water tanks, with the freight cost estimator for shipping.

Fittings
This tank has a molded shape (see the drawing), so it is sold as a blank tank with no fittings installed. Add the Ronco 3-inch uniseal (F3UNISEAL), a loose pipe-to-tank seal you install yourself, if you need a sealed pipe connection.
