The jump from the 50s and 60s to the RV61W's 75 gallons is the jump from weekend range to expedition range - and the mold makes that volume surprisingly easy to package at 54 x 22 x 16 inches, a long rectangle that tucks against a frame rail while adding real days of unhooked water. The shell is a 79 lb light-duty molding.

Full-tank discipline matters more as capacity grows: 75 gallons is about 626 lb, a load to place over structure and strap without compromise. In exchange, the FDA-compliant natural polyethylene wall is translucent, so your remaining range is always one glance away, and the one-piece rotomolded construction carries no seams to fatigue.

Want to place the fittings yourself? Choose the blank tank: it ships with no fittings at no charge. Add the 90-2218 fitting kit ($55.75). It includes an access plate with six stainless steel screws, washers and nuts to mount it, a 1-1/2" NPT plug, two 1/2" NPT plugs, two 5/8" thru-hull fittings for supply and vent, and one 1-1/2" thru-hull fitting for fill.
