Setting it up
Put the stand in its final position first and check it with a level across both diagonals. Set the empty tank in it and turn the tank so the outlet points where the pipe will run. Fit the outlet valve before the first fill, and fill with water the first time. A full cone bottom tank of this size on a stand is a heavy, concentrated load; the tank manufacturer's documentation and your installer, not this page, are the source for the floor loading your site has to carry.
