Snyder part number 32495 (our SKU SII-32495) is a 200 gallon vertical water storage tank in green polyethylene, 40 inches in diameter and 42 inches tall, about the height of a kitchen counter. It has a 1-1/2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting as the inlet and a 2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting as the outlet, with a threaded vented manway on top. The wall is rated for 1 specific gravity, which is water: 200 gallons weighs 1,668 lb (200 x 8.34). Snyder molds it in Albertville, AL and Merced, CA.

Where a small, low tank does the job
Two hundred gallons covers a lot of small water jobs: a rain barrel step-up under one downspout, a garden or greenhouse supply, water for a few head of livestock or a dog kennel, a cabin or RV fill point, a pressure tank buffer behind a weak well, or a spare supply for emergencies. At 42 inches tall the lid is at waist height, so it is filled and checked without a ladder, and the 40 inch base fits under a deck, beside a shed or in the corner of a greenhouse. Openings and what to check before you buy
- Outlet. A 2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting low on the wall, for a hose bib, a valve or a pump suction. Support whatever hangs on it.
- Inlet. A 1-1/2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting for a fill line or a downspout run.
- Manway. A threaded vented manway on top. Our listing carries two different sizes for it, so call us and we will confirm the figure before you buy a float, a pump or a lid accessory to fit it.
- Weight. Our listing also carries two different weights for this tank; either way, two people carry it empty.
