Seven feet tall, seven and a half feet across
At 84 inches tall this tank fills from the ground with a hose or a pump without a ladder, and the manway is within reach for a float or a brush. The 90 inch base is wide enough to stand outdoors on a pad with a strap or two rather than a frame, and the low profile keeps it under most lean-to roofs and barn eaves. Openings, fittings and the pad
- Outlet. A 2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting, factory installed low in the wall. Thread your valve or camlock straight in and support the first length of pipe on its own so the tank wall carries liquid, not a valve and a hose.
- Manway. A 16 inch threaded vented manway on top for filling, a float switch and cleaning. The vent lets the tank breathe; never seal it.
- The pad. Give the whole 90 inch circle continuous, level contact: a slab, a steel plate or a compacted and screeded bed with a retained edge. A moulded floor standing on three quarters of itself finds the last quarter under load, at the bottom of the wall.
- The liquid. Up to 1.5 specific gravity and 120 F. Heavier liquids need the 1.9 rated heavy duty versions below.
