The Enduraplas 2100 Gallon Plastic Vertical Water Storage Tank (SKU TLV02100) is a free-standing polyethylene vertical tank built for bulk water holding: irrigation supply, rainwater collection, fire-reserve, and industrial process water. It stands 100 inches tall on an 85 x 85 inch footprint, giving you real capacity without a sprawling pad. Dimensions on this listing are verified against the tank's launch specification, and the technical drawing on this page shows the tank profile and fitting layout. This listing is spec'd for water service at a specific gravity of 1.0; if you intend to store anything heavier than water, confirm the tank's SG rating before ordering.

Will it work for your site?

At 2100 gallons, a full tank of water weighs roughly 17,514 pounds. That loaded figure, not the empty shell weight, is what your foundation has to carry, so plan the pad for the full case. A poured concrete pad sized to the 85 x 85 inch footprint is the safe default for a vertical tank this size; our pad-sizing guide walks through the ACI framework for above-ground poly tanks. If you are still confirming the volume you need, the Tank Sizing Calculator and Tank Sizing Guide help you match gallons to draw rate and refill cycle. For fire-reserve or NFPA 22 rural service, see our fire-water reservoir design write-up. This tank also fits grey-water, rainwater, and HVAC-condensate aggregation trains covered in our water-reuse topology guide.

Fittings and commissioning

The drawing shows a 16 inch lid for top access and inspection, plus a 2 inch threaded fitting for your supply or discharge plumbing. Size your pump, valve, and inlet piping to that 2 inch connection, and seal it with a gasketed bulkhead or thread seal rated for the polyethylene wall. Confirm the tank is vented for the fill and draw rates you plan to run, whether through the 16 inch lid or a vented lid, so it does not pull vacuum on a fast draw or pressurize on a fast fill. Seat and inspect the lid gasket before you commission the tank. After install, fill-test before putting it into service: our hydrostatic test methodology covers water-fill discipline, pad-settlement monitoring, and fitting leak checks so you catch a problem while the tank is empty and accessible rather than after it is in the line. Confirm the tank color and opacity at order, since that affects level visibility and algae resistance.

The mistake to avoid

The most common error on a tank this size is undersizing the foundation for the loaded weight. Do not pad it for the empty shell. Build for the full 17,514 pounds of water, keep the pad level and fully supporting the entire 85 x 85 inch base, and you will avoid the settlement and stress-cracking that comes from an unsupported or tilted tank.

This tank ships LTL freight, quoted live to your ZIP. Because a bulk vertical tank this size needs truck access, get a freight quote to your ZIP with our Freight Cost Estimator, or call 866-418-1777 to lock in a shipment and confirm access for the truck. Listed price is before freight.
