An eight and a half foot circle of floor
Low means wide. The 32565 needs a 102 inch circle in full contact with a level pad, carrying 20,850 pounds when full; the concrete pad sizing guide gives the ACI 360R-10 method for a slab or a compacted base. Read the height column against your ceiling. The 96 inch tanks are 6 inches taller on a base 6 inches narrower; the WG60 is 22 inches taller on a 90 inch base, for the site with headroom and no floor.
