This is a secondary containment basin - a catch pan that sits beneath a stored vessel to capture drips and overflow - not a storage tank.
What it is and how it works
The basin is a single molded polyethylene catch pan with a 600-gallon containment capacity and a 20-inch wall depth to hold any liquid it collects. Before ordering, confirm the interior footprint clears the base of whatever vessel you plan to set inside it. Because it is molded polyethylene, there is no coating to chip or rust; rated to 120 F / 48 C, it handles routine indoor and outdoor service without corroding the way a steel pan would.
Installation
Set the tray on a level pad or floor. No assembly or fasteners are needed - it is one molded piece. Keep the surrounding area clear so the wall can be inspected and any collected liquid pumped or drained out.
