Three rows on this sheet decide most orders, and they are worth taking in order. The first is 8330000N45, which is the identical shell, the identical 277 pounds and the identical 1.9 rating in natural white. Nothing else separates the two listings on this sheet, so the choice is genuinely about light and about the yard. Black is what you want outdoors, in full sun, where you would rather nothing grew in the tank and the wall is not going to pass light into the product. White is the choice in a process room where an operator wants to see the liquid line from the floor. Neither buys or costs you a gallon. The second row is 1910000N42 at 1,650 gallons, fifty more than this tank, on a smaller 86 inch circle at 94 inches tall and 300 pounds. That is the row people overlook and then wish they had not: if your pad is already poured to something under eight feet, or the bund walls are up, the narrower vessel with slightly more volume may be the only one that fits without concrete work. • The manway and its vent: 18 inches, threaded, vented, and the vent is part of the top fitting on this sheet rather than a separate specification. That air path is what keeps a pump from loading the wall when it draws the tank down, so keep it clear, inspect it every time the lid comes off, and never blank or tape it.
