Steep cone, heavy rating

This tank pairs the two things a hard-working process tank needs: a cone steep enough to move settled solids, and a wall rated for liquids nearly twice the weight of water. Buyers look for that combination with coagulants at a water plant, dense fertilizer suspensions, brines that drop salt, and process batches where a heavy fraction settles and has to be drawn off first. On a 45 degree slope, material slides to the outlet rather than resting on the cone, so the tank drains completely and cleans out with a rinse. The steep cone takes height: on a 90 inch circle the shell is 139 inches tall, and a cone stand adds more so a valve and a pump fit underneath.
