The 3 inch outlet, the vent, the platform
- Outlet: 3 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting, at the base; tell us the liquid when ordering and the fitting is matched to it, with a flanged transition, a flexible connector to hard pipe, and the valve supported off the pad in the material the chemical calls for.
- Access: 18 inch threaded, vented manway, 198 inches up; a platform with a rail for anyone who opens it. Fill through a dip tube to the floor, vent outside on anything that fumes, and size the vent for the delivery pump, because a tanker's pump moves air faster than a stock vent passes it.

Sixteen feet of liquid above a 3 inch outlet is the strongest flooded suction in the family, and the outlet drains a full tank in a working shift; mount the pump below the outlet so it primes by gravity, and a low-level float shuts it off before it runs dry.
