A 5 inch lid at three feet off the floor

• Access: the sheet gives the lid as 5 inches, and the tank is 36 inches tall, so the opening is at waist height for anyone standing beside it. No ladder, no platform, no permit. A 5 inch opening takes a fill hose, a vent line, a level float and a hand, and it does not take a mixer shaft, a drum pump body or a forearm past the wrist, so plan the internals before you order.
