Going up instead of out

This tank keeps a 120 inch footprint and gets its volume from height: just over twelve feet to the rim. That is the case for it on sites where the slab was poured years ago and the process has grown since. The height is also the cost. At more than twelve feet, nobody works over this rim from a step ladder. Plan a fixed platform with rails and a safe way up at the same time as the tank. No maximum temperature is listed with this part number, so if the contents run warm, ask us first.

3. Fittings. No outlet or fitting is listed with this part number. Tell us what connections you need and where, and we will confirm them with Snyder.
4. Weight. The tank is listed at 1,900 lb empty, but the shipping weight entry repeats the 6,900 figure. Ask us to confirm the shipping weight before you book a crane or a forklift.

The tank ships LTL from Snyder's plant in Lincoln, Nebraska. The shipping dimensions are listed as 146 by 120 by 120 inches, so it is set up to travel on its side, ten feet wide on the trailer.
