Setting it up
A 2500 lb frame goes on the pad with a forklift or a crane. Set it in its final position, level it across both diagonals, then set the empty tank and turn it so the outlet points where the pipe will run. Fit the outlet valve before the first fill, and fill with water the first time so any problem shows up with something harmless in the tank.
