Watch the metal and CPVC exceptions: DEF and Peracetic Acid both need 316SS fittings, Sulfuric Acid 98% needs CPVC, and Peracetic Acid is the only chemistry here that calls for an Aflas gasket. That is the mistake to avoid: the tank may accept the liquid, but the wrong fitting or gasket fails before the tank does.
