Where it goes

This is the tank for a chemical room or a containment curb that is short on floor and not on headroom. Openings and fittings

1. Manway. An 18 inch threaded vented manway on top: wide enough for a fill line, a vent and a level probe together, and for a wand to clean the floor. Keep it threaded shut between fills so vapour stays in and rain stays out.
2. Outlet. Tell us the liquid, its temperature and the draw-off you want when you order, and we will confirm what this tank accepts at the base and in what material before anything is drilled. Support the first valve on its own and use a flexible connector to hard pipe; nearly six feet of standing liquid presses on a base fitting harder than a low tank does.
