Openings and what to check before you buy
- Lid. A 14 inch threaded vented lid on top: room for a fill hose, a suction lance or a pump foot valve, and a hand to clean. The vent lets air in and out as the pump draws the level down.
- Outlets. No factory outlet is listed for this tank. Most small feed tanks draw from the top through the lid. If you need a side or bottom fitting, tell us the size and position before the order, because a fitting on a double wall tank has to pass through both walls.
- The floor. Full at the rating it can weigh close to a thousand pounds on a 26 inch circle. Set it on a flat, level, continuous surface with no shims under the edge.
