This is a day tank for steady, small doses where the room cannot take a spill. At 26 inches across and 41 inches tall it sits beside a pump on a skid, a shelf or a pump house floor, and one person can carry it empty. The lid is at about waist height, so topping up from a drum or a pail is easy. Black blocks light, which matters for liquids that break down in daylight and for keeping algae out of anything water based. The outer wall turns a split in the inner tank into something you see in the gap between the walls at the next refill, not a puddle under the pump. What to check before you buy

1. Lid. The 14 inch threaded vented lid takes a fill funnel, a suction tube and a level switch at once. Keep the vent clear so the pump never draws the tank into a vacuum.
2. Outlet. No outlet size is listed for this part number. Small feed tanks usually draw from the top; if you want a bottom fitting, tell us the size and we confirm it with Snyder. The drawing linked under Technical Drawing on this page shows the tank.
3. Base. Up to about 951 lb on a 26 inch base. Support the whole base on a level surface.
