Openings and what to confirm before you buy

1. Outlet. A 3 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting near the floor. Confirm the gasket material for your chemical with us, and put a flexible connector between the fitting and rigid pipe; a full tank settles.
2. Manway. An 18 inch threaded vented manway on top, 154 inches up. Plan a fixed ladder or platform, and pipe the vent outdoors on anything that fumes.
3. Temperature. No temperature limit is listed for this tank. Tell us the storage temperature and we will confirm it with Snyder.
4. Pad and containment. Up to 79,230 lb on a 102 inch circle needs an engineered, level concrete pad, and most chemical sites need secondary containment sized to the tank.
