The mistake to avoid

Do not spec the drain fitting or gasket by habit. On a cone tank the bottom outlet sees the most aggressive contact — full head pressure and any settled solids — so the Viton, CPVC, and 316SS callouts on the chart apply first to that wetted drain. This chart pairs specific chemicals with specific materials (Viton for oxidizers and strong acids, CPVC for concentrated sulfuric, 316SS for DEF and peracetic), and a wrong gasket fails long before the tank does.
