The Enduraplas 200 Gallon White Horizontal Sump Bottom Leg Tank ships with its own frame so you can move 200 gallons of liquid as a self-contained unit. The tank measures 32 in. high, 47 in. wide, and 55 in. long on a 47.0 x 55.0 in. footprint, and the natural white polyethylene wall lets you read the liquid level at a glance. Whether you size it as a 200 gallon horizontal leg tank for a service truck, a sprayer skid, or a stationary transfer station, the wide stance keeps the load low and stable.

Will it hold what you're hauling?

This tank carries a 1.9 specific gravity rating, which is what makes it a true haul-and-handle tank rather than a water-only vessel. Filled with plain water it holds roughly 1,668 lb of liquid, and the 1.9 SG rating lets it carry up to 3,169 lb of denser contents before you reach its design limit. The simple field check: keep your liquid at or under about 15.8 lb/gal (that is 1.9 SG) and you are inside the tank's rating. There is no heavier-duty step-up to chase here either, because 1.9 is the top common SG rating, so this tank already sits at the densest contents a leg tank in this class is built to carry. The Tank Sizing Calculator and our Tank Sizing Guide walk you through that math if you are matching a specific product density to capacity.

Chemical compatibility

The tank is molded from polyethylene and carries a 1.9 SG rating. The resin grade is recorded as HDLPE in our data but is not yet confirmed, so verify HDLPE versus XLPE (crosslinked) with us before putting any aggressive chemical into this tank, because crosslinking changes resistance and the two are not interchangeable. The ratings below are concentration-specific and assume ambient conditions; raising temperature or concentration narrows what the polyethylene and the hardware will tolerate. Match your fitting and gasket hardware to the chemical, not just the tank, and watch the exceptions: DEF and Peracetic Acid need 316SS fittings rather than plastic (Peracetic also needs Aflas gaskets), and Sulfuric Acid at 98% needs CPVC rather than PVC. The data covers:

For the full picture across every concentration and temperature, see our chemical compatibility reference before you commit.

Freight and ordering

The listed price is the tank itself and does not include freight. This unit ships LTL from the Enduraplas plant in Neche, ND, and we quote freight live to your ZIP through the Freight Cost Estimator. Because the tank comes mounted in its frame, confirm the crated shipping weight with us before you book a dock or set a budget. If you are spec'ing it for a non-roadable trailer or DOT-classified ag use, the guide on applicator and leg tanks for fertilizer and the note on portable utility tanks and the 49 CFR 173.5 ag exemption are worth reading first; for blend work, our fertilizer-blend tank stratification guide covers mixing and layering. Get a quote or confirm the resin grade and shipping weight with us at 866-418-1777.
