What to check before you buy
- The liquid. Up to 1.5 specific gravity and 120 F in this tank. Check it in the chemical compatibility guide; for a denser chemical, ask us about the heavy duty wall of the same shell.
- The outlet. Tell us the liquid and the pipe size you are connecting and we confirm the fitting that goes in the wall. Fourteen feet of head keeps a transfer pump flooded; put the pump below the outlet, the first valve on its own support, a flexible connector to hard pipe, and a low-level float so the pump never draws air.
