Two tanks in one molding: how the containment works
The primary tank holds the chemical; the outer tank surrounds it with an annular gap sized to capture the full working volume if the primary is ever compromised. Nothing about it is assembled, welded, or gasketed - both walls are rotationally molded high density linear polyethylene, so there is no seam to be the first thing that fails. The annulus doubles as an inspection feature: any liquid appearing between the walls is an unambiguous early warning you can see on a walk-around, long before a concrete berm would show you anything.
That construction is why the empty molding weighs 8,500 pounds - roughly the mass of two full-size pickups in resin alone. Wall thickness is where chemical tanks live or die, and at a 1.5 specific gravity rating this shell is engineered to carry contents half again denser than water: up to 156,375 pounds of product at the rated maximum, against 104,250 pounds if you filled it with water alone.

Site and foundation
Full contents put 156,375 pounds on a circle just under 12 feet across, and 274 inches of height means the delivery crane and the building eaves both belong in the plan before the PO.
