Snyder part number 5710102N42 is a 150 gallon double wall tank moulded in natural white crosslinked linear polyethylene, an inner tank inside an outer containment shell so the tank is its own secondary containment. It is 34 inches in diameter, 62 inches tall and weighs 110 lb empty. On top is a 14 inch threaded vented lid. The wall is rated for liquids up to 1.9 specific gravity with a service limit of 140 F (60 C). 150 gallons of water weighs 1,251 lb; at the full 1.9 rating the contents can weigh 2,377 lb. Where it goes
A 150 gallon contained tank is the small end of chemical feed: a dosing pump on a well, a treatment skid, a lab or a shop that needs a few drums' worth of liquid kept off the floor drain. The slim 34 inch body fits tight rooms and sits beside a pump stand without crowding it. The 1.9 rating covers liquids nearly twice the weight of water, and the 140 F limit gives headroom for liquids that run warm.
At 34 inches across it is close to the clear width of a standard door, so measure the opening, frame to frame, before it arrives. The lid at 62 inches is within easy reach. Give it a flat, level base able to carry about 2,377 lb at the full rating; a tall narrow tank on an uneven floor leans, and a lean only gets worse as it fills.

Openings, and what to confirm before you buy
- Lid. A 14 inch threaded vented lid on top, wide enough to fill from a drum pump or a hose and to drop in a suction tube. It is also the vent, so do not seal it airtight.
- Outlet. No outlet or fitting is listed on this product. If your pump draws through the lid, you may not need one; if you want a bottom outlet, tell us the size and we will confirm with Snyder what this part number carries.
- The liquid. Check it in our chemical compatibility guide and give us the concentration.

The tank ships LTL at freight class 250 from Snyder's Marked Tree, Arkansas plant, 34 by 34 by 62 inches on a pallet at 110 lb. Two people can carry it once it is off the truck. At the tailgate, check the bill of lading against 5710102N42, look over the outer wall and the lid threads, and note any damage before you sign. Fill it with water first, check the base and the lid, then drain and dry it before the chemical goes in.
