Height instead of floor

This tank puts its volume upward. A 64 inch circle fits through a lot of spaces a wider tank will not: between existing tanks in a chemical room, along a wall in a narrow shed, beside a building on a tight lot. The price is 147 inches of height. Measure the ceiling, the beams, any overhead door track and the clearance you need above the manway to fill it and get a hand inside. Indoors, also check the doorway and the path to the set position, since a tall tank may have to come in on its side and be stood up where it will live.

The 1.9 wall is for dense liquids: brines, calcium chloride, heavy fertilizer solutions and many treatment chemicals, up to 1.9 times the weight of water. Full at the rating, about 30,107 lb bears on a 64 inch base, which is a lot of weight on a small circle. Openings, and what to confirm before you buy

1. Manway. One 18 inch threaded vented manway on top, 147 inches up. Plan a safe way to reach it: a fixed fill line run down to working height saves a climb on every fill.
2. Outlet. No outlet fitting is listed with this part number. Tell us the line size, the valve and the pump, and we will confirm with Snyder what the tank carries and what to add.
3. Level. A black wall hides the liquid line, so plan a gauge or level sensor rather than reading it by eye.

Lift from the base with straps, never by the manway. At the tailgate, check the bill of lading against 8300000N51 and walk the full length of the shell for transit marks. Once it is standing level on the pad, fill it with water first and check the base and manway after a day.
