Snyder lists the black 2,000 on the 90 inch base under two part families, and this is the one with more resin in it: 400 pounds against 340 for the 5050000 tank in the same shell, molded in Marked Tree, Arkansas, with the 18 inch threaded, vented manway at seven feet four reached from a short step, in a wall that keeps light off the load. Its wall is rated for a specific gravity of 1.9, or 31,692 pounds of contents against 16,680 for water, for concentrated acid, ferric and the heavy brines at strength. Sixty pounds more resin on the same shell
The sheet gives this molding sixty pounds more polyethylene than the other 90 inch 2,000 at the same rating, and prints nothing else about the difference; what a buyer sees is the weight on the scale and the plant it ships from. What it shares with the other 2,000s is the job: a small plant's whole delivery of a dense chemical, under a black wall in the sun. Full at the rating it puts 31,692 pounds on a 90 inch circle: a full-contact engineered slab, sized per the concrete pad sizing guide, inside a berm scaled to the tank, with the empty tank strapped against wind before the first fill. The 5050000C34 and C37-BLACK are the same black shell under the other part family at 340 pounds, and the C26 the white one, each rated as its own sheet says. The 1780200N40 stands 1,900 gallons on a 72 inch base at 119 inches, and the 5090000C26 is the 2,500 on this base at 107.

Ports and access
- Outlet: 2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting, at the base; tell us the liquid when ordering and the fitting is matched to it, with a flanged transition, a flexible connector to hard pipe, and the valve supported off the pad in the material the chemical calls for.
- Access: 18 inch threaded, vented manway, 88 inches up, reached from a short step; fill by tote pump or truck through a dip tube, vent outside on acid and caustic service, and size the vent for the delivery pump.
- Service limit: 120 F / 48 C.
Seven feet of liquid above the outlet is a flooded suction to the last few inches; put the pump below the outlet, where gravity keeps it primed, and let a low-level float shut it down before it runs dry. A closed manway keeps vapor in and rain out; a label keeps the next operator honest; and a light on the wall above the liquid line, every time the lid comes off, keeps the tank in service. Where winters freeze, the valve and the first pipe run are what crack; wrap or trace them, and leave the body to ice over from the top without harm.
