Choosing the lighter wall on purpose

A 1.5 rating covers liquids up to 1.5 times the weight of water. That takes in water, most fertilizer solutions, dilute treatment chemicals and a great deal of warm process liquid, and for that duty the 1.9 rated version of this shell is wall you pay to freight, lift and position for no return. Where the product is genuinely dense, a concentrated acid or a heavy brine, this is the wrong row and no saving makes it right; tell us the product and its density and the rating decides. What this version keeps is the cross-linked wall and its 140 F limit, so it suits a warm, water-weight liquid: clean-in-place and wash-down chemical, sanitation programmes in food and beverage plants, and yard storage in a hot region. Natural white lets an operator read the level through the wall in a lit room. The pad and the headroom

The lighter wall changes the day of the installation, not the design of the pad: the lift is 2,100 lb, but the slab still carries up to 43,785 lb on a 102 inch circle and has to be flat, continuous and level under the whole footprint. The shell is a little over thirteen feet tall at 158 inches before the manway, so the fill point is a platform or a fixed line. Openings and what to confirm before you buy

1. Manway. An 18 inch threaded vented manway on top for filling, a level sensor, inspection and cleaning.
2. Outlet. Snyder lists no outlet fitting for this tank. On a contained tank a fitting passes through both walls, so tell us the draw-off position and size and we will confirm with Snyder what it ships with and what it takes to add one.

The 1.9 rated cross-linked version of this shell is the ASTM XLPE Captor 5600000N42; the same tank in black is the ASTM XLPE black Captor 5600000N46; and the sulfuric acid Captor 5600000N30 is the acid version.
