Venting a tall column through a 22 inch manway

• The vent path first: the 22 inch manway is listed as vented, and on a 71.25 inch column that vent is doing more work than on any other tote in this family. Draw 550 gallons out through a 2 inch valve and the same volume of air has to come back in behind it; a restricted or blanked vent turns that into a load the vessel was never meant to carry.
