Outlet six feet down from the lid

• Outlet: 2 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting, at the base; a flexible connector to hard pipe, the valve supported off the pad, and the reducer to the pump's suction at the pump.
• Access: 18 inch threaded, vented manway, 75 inches up, reached from a step; fill from a tote through a dip tube, and vent outside on anything that fumes.

Six feet of liquid above the outlet keeps a pump's suction flooded to the last inches; mount the pump below the outlet so it primes by gravity, and put a low-level float on it.
