A narrow column with a deep reserve

This tank fits 5,500 gallons on a 90 inch footprint, which suits a well house yard, a livestock watering point, a wash rack supply or a process water buffer beside a building. The height works for you on the outlet side: the column above the base fitting keeps a gravity feed or a pump suction flooded until the tank is nearly empty. It works against you at the top. The manway is 221 inches up, so a fixed ladder, a platform and a fill line routed up the side are part of the job, and the fill rate is set by how fast the vent can pass air. An empty column this tall acts as a sail, so it is anchored to the slab before anyone walks away. 2. The outlet. No bottom fitting is listed for this tank. Tell us the pipe size and the use and we will confirm the fitting before you order. Support the first valve on its own so the wall carries liquid, not hardware.
3. The manway. 18 inch threaded and vented on top, wide enough for a float switch, a level sender and a hose.
