Part number 5280200N46 is Snyder Industries' 6000 gallon cone bottom tank in black crosslinked linear polyethylene with the standard wall, rated for liquids up to 1.5 specific gravity. It measures 142 inches in diameter and 136 inches tall and weighs 1,100 lb empty. 6,000 gallons of water weighs 50,040 lb, roughly 25 tons; at the 1.5 rating the contents weigh about 75,060 lb. On top is an 18 inch threaded vented manway. The service limit is 100 F. Black keeps sunlight out of the tank, which is the usual choice for water and fertilizer stored outdoors.
