Where this one fits

Natural white polyethylene lets some light through, which helps when you look into the inner tank through the manway. The 140 F limit gives room for liquids that arrive warm or rooms that run hot. At 67 inches tall the tank stays under six feet, the manway is within reach of a step, and the 73 inch base spreads the load across the slab. Typical uses are bulk treatment chemicals at a water or wastewater plant, cooling tower and boiler chemistry, wash water and detergent at a car wash or laundry, and liquid inputs on food and farm process lines. What to check before you buy

1. Slab. Up to about 11,880 lb on a 73 inch base. Flat, level and continuous, with no joint or shim under the tank.
2. Manway. The 18 inch threaded vented manway is the fill, the level device and the inspection port. Size the vent path to your fill rate; tell us the rate if a tanker fills it.
3. Fittings. No outlet size is listed for this part number. Tell us the pipe size and the pump arrangement and we confirm fittings with Snyder. Snyder's drawing is linked under Technical Drawing on this page.
4. Headspace. Vapour above the liquid works on the upper wall; our article on the vapour saturated headspace explains what to inspect.
