It stands 159 inches tall on a 102 x 102 inch footprint, and the 15-degree cone floor lets contents gravity-feed out without manual scraping or hand-bailing.

Will it work for your application?

This is a 1.5 specific-gravity tank, which is the number that decides whether your liquid is a fit. At 4,950 gallons of plain water the contents weigh 41,283 lb, and the tank is rated to carry up to 61,924 lb of contents at its 1.5 SG ceiling. That spread is your working budget: multiply your gallons by your liquid's specific gravity and stay under the rated weight. The white polyethylene body lets you eye fluid level, and the 102 x 102 inch footprint plus 159-inch height needs to be checked against your door, ceiling, and stand clearance before you order. Because this is a cone-bottom design, it must sit in a matching cone stand or structural support ring rated for the loaded weight, not on a flat pad. Chemical compatibility

The tank shell is polyethylene rated to 1.5 specific gravity. The resin is listed as HDLPE, but confirm HDLPE versus XLPE for your chemical before placing it in service, since crosslinked and linear polyethylene differ in chemical resistance. At the 1.5 SG rating, this tank handles Acetic Acid at 60 percent, Aluminum Sulfate at 50 percent, Calcium Chloride at 40 percent, DEF at 32.5 percent, Ferrous Sulfate at 20 percent, Magnesium Chloride at 30 percent, Sodium Carbonate at 30 percent, Urea Solution at 50 percent, and Ozonated Water up to 10 PPM. Specify fittings in the right material for each service: most of these run PVC with EPDM gaskets, while Acetic Acid and Urea Solution call for PP or PVC. DEF is the outlier and a hard requirement to get right: it needs 316 stainless steel fittings with an EPDM gasket, since brass and standard steel will corrode in a urea solution. Always cross-check your exact concentration and temperature against the manufacturer's chemical-resistance chart, since compatibility is concentration- and temperature-specific. Chemicals that need a higher-SG tank

Several common chemicals exceed the 1.5 rating on this tank and need a 1.9 specific-gravity tank instead. Do not put the following in this vessel: Ethylene Glycol, Ferric Chloride, Ferric Sulfate, Hydrochloric Acid, Hydrofluoric Acid, Hydrofluosilicic Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, Peracetic Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Polyaluminum Chloride, Potassium Carbonate, Potassium Hydroxide, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Bisulfate, Sodium Bisulfite, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Thiosulfate, Sulfuric Acid, and Zinc Orthophosphate. Each of these requires the 1.9 SG build along with the correct fitting and gasket pairing, and the elastomer matters as much as the SG rating: aggressive oxidizers like Sodium Hypochlorite, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Peracetic Acid and strong acids like Hydrochloric, Phosphoric, and Sulfuric need Viton or Aflas gaskets, not EPDM, or you build a leak path even with the correct tank.
