Fifty-five gallons is drum volume, and this tank holds it on an 18 inch base at 44 inches tall, with a bottom bulkhead fitting instead of a bung and a wall you can read the level through. Openings and fittings
- Outlet. A 3/4 inch polypropylene female NPT bulkhead fitting low in the wall. A ball valve or a pump suction threads straight into it; support the valve so the fitting carries liquid, not hardware.
- Lid. A 5.75 inch threaded lid on top. It takes a hose or a funnel but not a hand, so plan on flushing rather than scrubbing to clean this tank. Ask us before the order if you need the lid vented for your pump setup.
