The wide, short 2,000
At 90 inches across and 88 inches tall this tank is wider than it is high, which is the shape you want under a low ceiling, inside a container, or in a plant room where a taller tank would not clear the door lintel on the way in. The 1.5 rating puts it in the middle of the shell's three walls: enough for hypochlorite, fertilizer solutions and everyday process chemistry, not for the dense acids and brines that call for the heavy duty wall, and more than water alone needs. Openings and fittings
- Manway. An 18 inch threaded vented manway on top at 88 inches, low enough to reach from a two step platform. It is the fill point, the inspection point and where a level sender drops in; on a black tank the sender is how you know the level, so fit one.
- Outlet. Tell us the liquid and the pipe size at order and we will confirm which outlet fitting this part number ships with and match the gasket and bolting to it. Support the valve off the slab and use a flexible connector to hard pipe.

The tank ships LTL at freight class 400 from the nearer of Snyder's plants in Lincoln, NE and Philippi, WV, travelling 90 by 90 by 88 inches at 340 lb. Check the part number against 5050000N49 on the bill of lading and walk round the tank before you sign. Stand it up with straps under the body, never by the manway, and set it on the finished slab. Fill it with water the first time, hold the fill, and watch the base and the outlet for a weep; mark the water line on the outside before you drain so the level sender has a reference.
