The Snyder Industries 8360000N40 is a 3,000 gallon cone bottom tank in natural white crosslinked linear polyethylene (XLPE), 95 inches in diameter and only 120 inches tall, weighing 612 lb empty. It has the standard wall, rated for liquids up to 1.5 specific gravity: water, liquid fertilizer, DEF and most brines. The service limit is 100 F. An 18 inch threaded vented manway on top takes the fill line and gives access for cleaning. Through the natural white wall you can see the level without climbing up. The cone takes the whole contents to the low point, so a batch drains out completely and settled solids leave with it.

Why the shape matters
For the same 3,000 gallons, a wider tank stands lower. At 120 inches this one leaves more room for a stand and a person over the manway inside a shed, a greenhouse service room or a pump house, and the manway is closer to the ground for filling from a hose. The 95 inch diameter is what you give up, so check the door, the aisle and the floor space before you order. - The stand. It has to suit a 95 inch tank. Check the cone bottom tank stand compatibility matrix, then confirm with us for 8360000N40.
- The liquid. Look it up in the chemical compatibility guide. Common lookups for this tank are urea solution, magnesium chloride, propylene glycol and DEF. If it is heavier than 1.5, you need a heavy duty tank.
