Where it goes

Not every black tank needs a chemical wall. This one carries a water-weight liquid that has to stay in the dark without paying for resin it does not need: process water that grows algae in a white tank, a treated stream between stages of a reuse system, a light fertilizer solution, a dilute treatment chemical. What to check before you buy

1. The liquid. Up to 1.35 specific gravity and 120 F in this tank. Check it in the chemical compatibility guide; a liquid heavier than 1.35 times water needs one of the heavier walls on this shell, not this one.
2. The outlet. Tell us the liquid and the pipe size you are connecting and we confirm the fitting that goes in the wall. Put the pump below the outlet so gravity primes it, the first valve on its own support, a flexible connector to hard pipe, and a low-level float so the pump never draws air.

A crane stands it up with straps under the body, never through the manway, and the cables go on before the crane leaves. Check the part number 5330000N33 on the bill of lading, look over the shell for transit damage, and fill it with water to the shoulder first, holding it while you watch the pad edge and the outlet fitting; on a water-weight liquid the test fill is close to the working load, so what the pad does under it is what it will do.
