Where it goes

Height is what you are buying. The bin stands 76 inches over a 45 by 48 inch rectangle of floor, a shape that goes through a standard dock door upright and will not go through an ordinary internal doorway or under a low pipe run without being planned for, so walk the route from the dock to the position and measure the lowest thing on it before the freight is booked. The height from the floor to the discharge decides whether a drum, a pail, a mixer inlet, a pump hopper or a weigh vessel fits underneath; measure what has to go there and tell us before the order. The base wants a flat, continuous, level bearing surface across the whole plan: a slab, a structural deck or a frame designed for the load, with nothing shimmed and nothing bridging a joint. Openings and fittings

1. Outlet. 2 inch, at the low point of the 45 degree slope. Your valve or pump suction threads here; support the valve on its own so the bin carries product, not hardware.
2. Lid. A 12 inch lid on top, wide enough to fill from a hose or a pump and to get a brush inside to clean.
3. Liquid and temperature. Polyethylene suits water, most fertilizers and many common chemicals up to 1.9 times the weight of water and 120 F. Check anything aggressive with us before you order.
